Michael Rasetti

Michael Rasetti first fell in love with tattooing at the age of 13. At a time when most young Italian men are outside kicking around a football or developing an interest in girls, Michael was getting immersed in the world of tattooing at the Roma International Tattoo Expo. His interest in art and tattooing came from his grandfather, who encouraged him to paint and draw.
At 19, Michael started working as a tattoo artist in various studios around Rome until he found a permanent home at The Grim Reaper Tattoo, owned by the master Luca Mamone. He travels often and has found a lasting fascination with Asian iconography, particularly Japanese Ukiyo-e. He continues to paint and draw.
