Book order shipping information: orders are shipped out within 1-3 days, on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday. Please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend.

Print order processing timeline: each print is crafted with precision and care, which takes time. From production to delivery, we estimate a lead time of approximately two to three weeks. This allows us to maintain the highest standards of quality while ensuring your print arrives safely and securely.

All purchases will receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes of being placed. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please check your spam or junk mail folder.

Alternatively, you can login to your account to check the order status. If you do not have an account yet, please feel free to create a new account.

Yes, we require proof of delivery. This is to ensure the safe arrival of your purchase.

You can check the final delivery cost for your order in the shopping cart. Shipping costs are weight based calculated.

Tip: To make the most out of your shipping costs, consider adding more items to your cart. Our shipping rates are weight-based, so sometimes it's cheaper to ship a bit more without much added cost. For example, moving from 0.99kg (2.2 lbs) to 2.99kg (6.6 lbs) only increases shipping by €5.00—perfect for that extra item you've been eyeing.

Books are packed in special book boxes.
Prints and originals are first wrapped in a plastic sleeve and then securely packed in sturdy cardboard envelopes or postal tubes.

• Please inspect your order before signing for it or as soon as possible afterwards.
• If goods are damaged at the time you receive them please refuse delivery or to accept the goods in question.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

At Kintaro, we take pride in everything we do. We work with the best artists, the best printers, and use the best paper. But equally as important is making sure that your purchase makes it to you safe and sound. After years of experimentation, we have a select group of suppliers we work with. These suppliers are fast, reliable, and ensure you get your parcel in the condition it left us. 

Orders are packed and shipped out in 2-3 days, with most parcels to Europe and the United States arriving in 2-3 days. All packages require identification verification upon delivery, to ensure no package pirates commandeer your purchase.   

All our deliveries are sent using track-and-trace. In the unlikely event that your parcel goes missing, we will work with the supplier to locate it and provide you with a replacement at no additional charge. Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly and effortlessly as possible, so you will be enjoying your new book or print in no time.

When your order is shipped you will receive an email which confirms dispatch and also includes your order tracking information. If you have not received this email then please check your spam or junk mail folder.

DHL Express gives you maximum flexibility with DHL On Demand Delivery. You decide how, where and when you would like to receive your parcel. No more waiting at home, you choose the delivery date that suits you best. You can also have your parcel delivered at a DHL Service Point.

After your purchase of the coupon you’ll receive an email with a link to download the high-resolution image of the gift coupon. You can opt to print the image yourself or send the link to anyone over email. Send along the unique coupon code and the recipient can redeem the gift coupon directly on our web store.
