Chris Garver

Chris Garver began tattooing in 1988 and quickly began to gain recognition for his work.
In 1991 he began working for Jonathan Shaw at Fun City Tattoo and began traveling the world plying his trade.

Since then he has worked at many other legendary shops including New York Adorned, Three Tides Tattoo in Osaka, Japan, and Mark Mahoney’s Shamrock Social Club.

In 2005 he gained mainstream notoriety from being a cast member on the T.V. show “Miami Ink”. Since then, he has returned to New York and is working at Invisible NYC with his old friend Troy Denning.

He continues to paint as well as tattoo and also starting to publish books and reference materials for tattoo artists.
